Superman, Spiders and a Sad Pumpkin

Thank goodness my costume is warm...tonight was chilly!

Tonight was fun but I've had enough...where's my bed and jammies?

Daddy set up the firepit (he thought mommy was nuts for wanting to do this on the drieveway)! Bobby had fun watching Momo makes smores for everyone!

Bret and I are so fortunate to have most of our family live close. Between the two families and counting the one on the way (my sister's baby), there are 9 grandchildren under the age of 5! Olivia, our little pumpkin loves to see her cousins. Even at the age of 6 months she is very aware of their tricks!

Yesterday, we decided to have a last minute Halloween get to together to see the spooky crew! Unfortunately, because of my last minute planning not everyone was able to come, however we did happen to have a superhero and spider join us for pizza and smores! Tonight we can't wait to see the rest of the gang! Happy Halloween!

Livy loved watching her friends be creative!

As most of you know...I love kids! They can brighten your day, make you laugh or help you to see the simple side of life! Livy does all three on a daily basis, but today we got to share in this magic with friends! We had lunch with my first grade teamate Jill and her sweet kiddos! It was my turn to bring lunch, and I was definitley in the mood for something creative! I'm realizing that since I've left the classroom, I still need my teacher fix every now and again! As the seasons change and the holidays approach, I find my imagination runny to the classroom where lots of magic is at work! Already Miss Olivia at the wee age of 6 months has experienced my need to complete art projects or run through the Target dollar aisle just to look at the fun teacher items on display! Luckily, her sweet self embraces my goofy side! That being said...today we made spooky pizzas using all sorts of goodies! It was so great to spend time with Jill and her amazing munchkins! The holiday season is here and I am excited to enjoy more magical moments with family and friends!

6 Months

Fall is here! I wish it would stay this beautiful forever!

Well, I tried cereal for the first time. It's not my favorite, but each day seems to get a little better. Once I get the hang of eating I will be ready to try the foods mommy's been preparing during my naps!

Halloween is just around the corner and I'm going to be a pumpkin (this is one of my many nicknames)!

These are some of my new friends from Kindermusik. We love to dance and sing together! This week we had a costume party! My friend Elle was dressed as a ballerina and my friend Teddy was a bear! I have two other buddies in this class, Jett who was Charlie Brown and Ryland who was a puppy!

Noah came for dinner earlier this month! He is one of my best buddies! We are three weeks apart and he's always showing me new tricks! I love it when he comes to play!

Mommy and Daddy have been going to lots of football games this season! Soon enough I will get to go to the games too, and have fun with my cousins! I love them so much!

Gracie turned 1 this month!!! Her backyard celebration was so special with a horsie cake, bbq, and kids!! I loved watching all the kids ride horses and run around! Aunt Shannon and Uncle Zach have the best backyard! I wish I had horses in my backyard!


This was my first cooking lesson with Daddy! He loves to make big dinners on Sundays, and most of the time it involves the grill! Tonight we're having wings!

Today was a big day...I rolled over both ways! Hooray!
Thank goodness I'm getting my helmet next week because I'm not so graceful! Yes that's the latest news...I'm getting a helmet to help with my head shape. The doctor says I will only wear it for three months, so I'm not too worried! I can't wait to decorate it with stickers!

These days I'm working on my sitting skills! Most of the time I can sit all by myself, but sometimes I need a little extra support!

Gracie and I love each other so much! I'm naked in this picture because we had just completed our first art project together! With a little help from Aunt Shannon and mommy, we finger-painted our first picture of a spooky Halloween night! It was so fun getting messy!

5 Months Old

I love this picture of me! Mom wasn't quite sure what to do with my legwarmers! I think I look like I'm ready for Jazzersize!
My highchair is the perfect spot for me during dinner! It's a little big, but I like being up high so I can see what's going on around me! Soon enough I'll be eating food!

I love it when my daddy comes home! We love to play and snuggle!

I'm not quite big enough for my Jump-n-Jive, but I still like to twirl around and suck on the toys!

I love to watch those Wildcats!

I've discovered the excitement of pulling off my socks! This kept me very busy after my nap! Mommy didn't even know I was awake!

Fall is here! I love the cool weather! We have to bundle up for our morning walks.
